SGPT is the bread and butter of BSC. It has the 1:1 element of Personal Training, in small groups of up to 6 people. We have different focus’ on different days spanning from Monday - Saturday. We focus on quality not quantity, focusing on individual needs and injuries.
Monday: Deadlifts
Tuesday: Upper Body
Wednesday: Capacity + Strength
Thursday: Squats
Friday: Full Body + Capacity
Saturday: Full Body
